As I was painting on fleece I first cut a stencil and placed the negative part onto the shirt with repositional adhesive.I then placed the possitive stencil in place with the part for the red exposed
Santa How-to from 1997 Airbrush Action Readers Gallery
Shirt was then spayed with Createx red
The red was shaded with  phalo blue
.The rest of the possitive stencil was sprayed with adhesive, put in place and pressed down with a brayer
Gloves, boots and belt were then sprayed black and the buckle sprayed  yellow and shaded with brown
Next the gift package was painted as was the Teddy bear. The stencil was removed from arms and waist
The rest of the stencil was removed and a thinned black was used to shade the white fur. I also touched up the white with a few high lites. At this time  white was used the shade the gloves and boots
This  fleece sweet shirt was painted for my friend Santa ( Lee Smith) Clause. As he already had the face all I had to do was paint the body.
Photo was taken in July so Lee had a great suntan
Lee still has this shirt
